Paul Rout, Experian His career started with the Bank of Scotland where he developed and implemented database and analytical solutions across the commercial and consumer businesses, providing decision support within the Marketing area. Prior to joining Experian Paul worked for Accenture working on a range of customer management, customer value and change programmes across various high profile, blue chip clients. More recently he has designed and implemented customer management programs for a major UK, US and Australian financial services organisations. Paul’s experience has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of implementing customer management solutions across a range of products sets and business sectors. |
