Retail finance market and issues
Mike Rogers will deliver a CEO’s perspective on maximising economic value through participation strategy and choices on how to respond to structural market changes.

At the heart of these strategic choices lies a need to understand and balance how value is created for the organisation with the customer’s perception of value.

Mike has a unique perspective on this having the benefit of being Group CEO of the UK’s largest Friendly Society and before that Managing Director of Barclays UK Retail Banking operations.
