Utilising data assets in the payments process to combat error and fraud
Direct Debit and Direct Credit payments are increasing in popularity as the industry moves towards a chequeless society. However as the volume of payments increases, so does the number of failures, and, following the introduction of Chip and PIN for cards, BACS payments are becoming the latest target for fraud. This session will explain what needs to be done to eliminate error and fraud within these payment methods as well as providing a preview of a new solution from Experian, developed by its payment specialists, Eiger Systems.
