View from the Building Societies
Brian Morris, Head of Savings Policy at The Building Societies Association, has been working on behalf of building societies in developing the new unclaimed assets scheme. This session will focus on the steps societies are taking to trace ‘lost’ account holders; their role in establishing the new scheme and particular issues faced by building societies, as mutual, member-based organisations.
