Chris Slater, Experian
Chris Slater has worked for Experian for over thirteen years in both the marketing business and credit risk business. Chris is currently responsible for Experian’s customer management and scoring products that are derived from the main consumer databases and their integration with Experian’s extensive marketing data assets. His main business objective is to allow clients to develop greater customer understanding and value through compelling products such as Delphi for Customer management, TrendView and Notification Services.

Prior to joining Experian in 1995, Chris had an extensive career in the Automotive Industry.

Customer management – long term, short term, now term!
In a saturated credit market, the companies that win will be those that have customer management capabilities that address how to create customer value in the long term, the short term and the now term. This presentation demonstrates how every lender can use credit data to establish such capabilities: market and portfolio data to strategise for the long term, behavioural data to plan for the short term and event driven data to execute now.
