Steve is the current Managing Director of Experian's Consumer

offers a range of application processing systems and generic scorecard
models. Previous to this position, he was responsible for the Commercial
Information division, which holds data on companies' financial positions
and payment performance.
Steve joined Experian in 1993 and set up the Automotive Business —

vehicle's finance, write off and stolen history.
Before joining Experian, he worked for a number of finance companies,
including NWS / Bank of Scotland and Chartered Trust. He helped set
up Abbey National Personal Finance and the M&S Chargecard. Before
that, Steve spent 7 years working for Unipart, the Rover spare parts
business.
Profitable acquisition in difficult conditions
In today's on-demand economy, ‘agility’, ‘flexibility’
and ‘pace’ are the necessary ingredients for any consumer
business with aspirations to drive growth and take market share. And
within the financial services sector, it is critical for lenders to
ensure a smooth process of turning applicants into loyal and profitable
customers. These topics will address these challenges with a blend of
industry case studies, thought leadership and other practical examples.
